Terms of use

This website (www.tigen.dev) is operated by Tomasz Głowacki, autónomo (sole trader registered in Spain) trading as tigen.dev, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, email hello@tigen.dev (the "Provider"). These terms govern the use of the website and its forms. They are mainly addressed to businesses and professionals.

Consulting and implementation projects are not concluded through the website. Each project is governed by an individual written proposal or contract agreed between the Provider and the client, which prevails over these terms.

The website describes the following services:

• design and implementation of AI agents;
• workflow automation;
• AI document analysis;
• custom API and system integrations;
• Equity engine, a research tool offered as a private beta (see section 4).

Descriptions, examples and figures on the website are indicative and illustrate typical outcomes. Actual results depend on each client's processes, data and systems and are agreed in the individual contract.

• Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.
• Provide accurate information in the forms and do not send unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.
• Sending a form does not create a contract or an obligation for either party.

• Access is granted at the Provider's discretion and may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.
• The beta is provided "as is" for testing and evaluation. It may contain errors, incomplete data or interruptions.
• Equity engine is an information and research tool. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations and does not take into account your personal circumstances. Investment decisions remain your sole responsibility.
• Data comes from public sources such as SEC filings and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always check the original source before relying on it.

The content of the website (texts, design, graphics, code and trademarks) belongs to the Provider or is used under licence. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without prior written permission. Ownership of and rights to deliverables of client projects are set out in the individual contract.

The Provider takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the Equity engine beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie policy.

Questions and complaints can be sent to hello@tigen.dev. We aim to reply within 14 days.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For businesses and professionals, the courts of the Provider's domicile have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts that the law entitles you to use.

The Provider may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies.
