Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Tigen. By using our services, you accept the provisions of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider - Tigen, based in Poland
  • Client - natural or legal person using the Services
  • Services - AI automation solutions offered by the Service Provider
  • Agreement - service agreement concluded between the parties

3. Scope of Services

Tigen provides services including:

  • Design and implementation of AI agents
  • Automation of accounting and financial processes
  • Financial reporting and analytics
  • Regulatory change monitoring
  • Document and invoice processing
  • Consulting and technical support

4. Agreement Formation

The Agreement is concluded after consultation, defining the scope of work, and acceptance of the offer by the Client. Detailed cooperation terms are specified in an individual agreement between the parties.

5. Obligations of the Parties

The Service Provider undertakes to:

  • Provide Services with due diligence
  • Maintain confidentiality of Client information
  • Provide technical support
  • Inform about significant changes to Services

The Client undertakes to:

  • Make timely payments
  • Provide necessary information and access
  • Use Services in accordance with their intended purpose
  • Not share Services with third parties without consent

6. Payments

Payment terms are determined individually in the Agreement. The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. In case of delays, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge statutory interest.

7. Confidentiality and Data Security

The Service Provider undertakes to maintain confidentiality of all information obtained from the Client. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All solutions, source code, and materials created as part of the Services remain the property of the Service Provider unless the Agreement states otherwise. The Client receives a license to use the delivered solutions.

9. Liability

The Service Provider is liable for damages resulting from non-performance or improper performance of Services, subject to limitations specified in the Agreement. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure or Client actions.

10. Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement with the notice period specified in the Agreement. In case of material breach of Agreement terms, the aggrieved party may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted in writing to: kontakt@tigen.tech. The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

12. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are subject to Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' notice.
