1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data processed through this website is Tomasz Głowacki, autónomo (sole trader registered in Spain) trading as tigen.dev.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Fields marked as required are needed to answer you. If you do not provide them we cannot process your request. We do not use your data for marketing newsletters, we do not sell it, and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling.
3. Who receives your data
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing terms:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, request logs and, after consent, Vercel Web Analytics.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivery of the messages sent through the website forms to our mailbox.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): DNS for the tigen.dev domain. It resolves the domain name and does not receive the content of the forms.
- The provider that hosts our hello@tigen.dev mailbox, where form messages and emails are stored.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers above are based in the United States or may process data there. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for providers certified under it, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) together with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. For analytics, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@tigen.dev or to the postal address above. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
6. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to the mailbox and to the service accounts is limited to the controller and protected with strong authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
